How to make minor chords sound better.

If you are playing a minor chord and want to make it sound much better then it does in its plain basic way then read on to find out how. Well first you take a basic minor chord like the c minor which is C Eb G. Ok this chord is very basic and boring but im going to tell you how to instantly make it sound much better. To me there is nothing that sounds better then a minor extended chord. I use them all the time and they make my piano playing way better then if I didn’t use them. So how you play a minor extended chord is to add notes and voice them a certain way. Like next time you use a C minor chord don’t just play C Eb and G but voice it like this. Bb D Eb G. And of course in your left hand you will play a C bass note. Ok that chord right there is a thousand times better sounding then a plain minor chord this is called a C minor 9.
I use this chord probably more then any other chord and you can use different inversions of this chord also like play D Eb G Bb. That inversion is good to and you can play in whatever inversion you like.
