Piano lesson exercise for beginners

If you are a beginner at the piano and you are one of those who have no idea where to get started then this is for you. Before you learn anything or know anything about chords or how to play songs you should do anything to get your fingers moving around on the piano. This is a piano exercise for a beginner and its very simple.

Basically you just run each chord out of the C scale up and down the keyboard and cross your hands while you do it. Start off playing C E G and play those three notes first with your right hand then the next octive up cross your left hand. Then after you go up the key board playing those three notes come back down going backwards.

Then from there you move to the D chord and do the same thing. You will play D F A up and down. Then
E G B then F A C then A C E and finally B D F. DO this over and over and get to where you are pretty fast and smooth at this.

This isn’t really playing a song but after you do this for a little while you will start to feel your hands getting tired. This is good you need to start getting your hands and wrists worked out, and these notes are actually chords that you are playing so you are already starting to get your hand memory used to the exact chords you will be playing.
